Hair extensions 1g help please?

Hi guys, I'm looking for help, I've never used 1g hair extensions and was going to buy some but who many will I order I usually just use 0.5 or 0.8 grams and use maybe 200 or more bonds on a client! I know it's double the thickness so should only need half the amount! Just don't want to order hair and it's either too much or not enough! Any help would be grateful thanks xx

If the client wants thick hair I would go for 150-180 strands, if they want standard/think hair I would go for 100 x I always work it out by the weight and not amount of strands first, so if the client usually has 200 pieces of 0.8g hair then it works out as 160g, so then you would buy 160 strands of the 1g hair.. Hope that makes sense! x
