Hair Extensions advice

Hi

Problem with hair extensions paid £600 all the hair is coming loose from the bonds, guy wont sort it out and hung up on me :o Believe me I have tried to sort it out trading standards are now involved

Shall I get them rebonded? or just start again? The hair is of very good quality just the bonds are not.

Ive used ******** shampoo & conditioner.

Hi if your not using the correct shampoos and conditioner the hair is not guranteed! But I only use balmain so your brand may be different?

I would recommend getting them rebonded. What's the point of wasting the hair. You will get some shedding with fusion. If you followed proper aftercare the hair should only shed a little.
I had the same happen to me, I never got a penny back, but didn't go to trading standards.

But before taking them out to get them reinstalled contact trading standards as they may need photos and other tests may be needed to make sure That it's not a product that you've used has not broken the bonds down or or was inproper installation.
Also they may give the stylist the option to put it right. Instead of giving a refund.
