Hair extensions do's and dont's

I was wondering if somebody could do me a list of do's and dont's with pre bonded hair extensions when I have them in?

I would take her up on her offer,and make sure next time you have your hair done you get proper aftercare advice from your tech, this should ALWAYS be included as part of the service,
