hair extensions shrinkies!

hi

i done a friends hair the other day full head of hair extensions with the shrinkies method only prob is some of them have become loose and one actually fell out ? why is this happening ?

p.s please i dont want to hear are u a fully qualified hair dresser because im studying hairdressing as we speak so no lectures please + im not charging im just practicing ?

any advice would be helpful x
