Hi there, ive been fitting extensions since february, and all my clients have been pleased. However, lately, say the past 3 or 4 clients, have been complaining of losing quite a lot of bonds in the 1st few days (micro ring). Normally my clients' loss ranges from 1- 7 in first 2 weeks which i refit for free and advise is nothing to worry about, but my most recent client who i fitted thursday has lost 15??
I havnt changed supplier and use the same rings and application. I supply all my clients with Aussie shampoo and conditioner and the correct brush, along with all the correct aftercare advice. I just dont know whats going wrong?
Its starting to make me feel a bit down and wonder whether i should just stop doing hair as obviously these clients who are unhappy are going to tell their friends and think im rubbish :(
Im always on hand to go back to clients and refit any lost, go over aftercare etc but it doesnt seem enough, clients, and I, am getting sick of this :(
Why is this happening please help?

Firstly why Aussie? It is non pro and not suited to hair ext.

Second, have you spoken to your trainer? Might be worth a 1 to 1 to troubleshoot this.

Certain hair/scalp issues can cause this. Have you diagnosed correctly on consultation? It is unlikely to be this as you say it is happening across a few clients rather than the odd one.

Hi, i provide aussie due to having used it for my own and had so many clients and friends use it with excellent results. i guess maybe it could be this. I am meeting with my tainer on friday but couldnt wait till then :|

Did your client have oily roots? Did you perhaps make your bonds too small so they did not hold enough and slip out? Are you sure the supplier did not make the bonds smaller. Sometimes suppliers say they sell 0.8 bonds that are actually 0.5 to save money over time.
