Hi, everyone.

Well I was a model for someone doing their hair extension training (was all overseen and ok'd by the trainer)

I am chuffed to bits with them, they look and feel amazing, and barely notice that I have them in. But my question is, I have got little scabs on my scalp on the nape of my neck directly under where each extension is and one just above my ear, they don't itch or hurt, but I am concerned all the same.
Do I need to have them removed? and what is likely to be causing it?

Thanks geeks x

Poor application, too tight, poor sectioning, or allergy to the metal if they are micro rings. Scabs are NOT normal, and these must be removed ASAP.

Thought so!
Thank you very much Persianista!

Can anyone recommend anyone in Bedfordshire? I just can't seem to find anyone to do them for me!!

i agree, scabs (blisters) are caused by extensions placed too tightly or theyre too heavy and causing tensions, remove asap x

Can anyone recommend someone local ish to remove/reapply for me? pleeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaase nicely?? x

Go back to the person that applied them and ask them to take them out, You may have to pay something towards it as you were a model, but the will take them out for you
xxx

I can't unfortunately, hence need to find someone else
