It all depends on length and hair density.
If you have very thick hair and want hair 16"-18" I would say about 200 bonds at 1g each (200g altogether)
If you hair is ver thick, you will need finer bonds 0.5g to 0.8g and will need around 150 bonds (75g to 120g)
Hard to say as every head is different
