Hope you don't mind, I've popped over from Nails to get some ideas on my hair. I detest boring hair but I don't seem to have the easiest hair when it comes to colour. And at 45, I can't just have crazy colours. I'm originally blonde, although if I stripped all the colour out, more likely grey now. Over the past few years, I've stayed blonde and had blocks of purple in. But they don't stay long, several weeks, before fading to a copper colour. Then I had a 'halo' done with blonde and purple and loved it. Again, fading was a problem.
Then I had this colour done last Sept for graduation and holiday.
but this red lasted three weeks before fading to copper. So over the last few months, I've gradually gone back to blonde all through with a few red streaks through it, but in several weeks, has yet again faded.
I'm fed up and my hairdresser is really good and I'm one of the few customers who is adventurous, which she likes. I'd love all your opinions, thoughts, designs to take to her in March as I'm out of ideas. Only thing I can't do is have it cut short (hubby would be furious). Please help, I need expert advice
