Hi all,

What's ur take on Hair Supplements like Perfectil for eg? How long do you need to take them for b4 u see a result? Do they really make a difference ? X

hi, i dont think vitamins can make your hair grow any faster, but may help you to grow better quality hair, so it will be stronger and so less likley to break which is good if you are trying to grow your hair, but i dont think anything can make your hair grow faster. Google sea kelp, some people beleive that helps hair grow faster i think its something to do with the iodine in it x

I think your right about minerals in supplements. I want my hair to grow faster, not more of it, just quicker. Even the hairdressers can't believe how slow it grows! I've had re-growth from highlights before and they've guessed it to be 3 mths - it was actually 6 mths !!
