Hello nail geeks! I'm new to the site and thought I'd say hello. I'm interested in becoming a nail tech and my mind is made up on one of the cnd courses after reading so much info on here about them however my main question is ... while I'm saving for my course and practising is there any kind of books anyone could recommend? Or even DVD's? I have been practising ALOT but its hard to know where I'm going wrong and what the correct way of doing acrylics actually is.

I would recommend a book called 'Nail Class' by Gigi Rouse...you can purchase it from SweetSquared. It's my bible! lol

Yes yes this is a must as is the complete nail technician by Marian Newman and Nail Structure and product Chemistry by Douglas Shoon.
