Help - hair colour/allergy

Hi, I have been having my hair dyed/bleeched very light blond for the last 4years, and I want to go a dark chocolate brown.....sounds simple....NOPE
I seem to be alergic to dark hair dyes, I had issues with dark brown/black when I was a teen where I would get red spots on my scalp and my face would swell :Scared:
I recently had a patch test behind my ear at my salon, and it went scabby and swollen...they use schwarzkopf.
So really I'm back to square one, growing out the blond to get my natural color of brown isn't an option...

Can anybody give me some advice

Hiya you could maybe try a colour that is ammonia free as it could be the ammonia you are allergic too try and find a salon that has this like Inoa or fay and ask for a patch test x

There is a brand called sensus that are ammonia free abd ppd free but I think they only supply salons.
