Hello everyone,
My situation is that last year I decided to change my cheerer to beauty industry, so I went to learn some courses, and I recently got the ITEC Level 2 & 3 diploma in beauty therapist certification. Now I would like to be employed as nail technician. I realized that all employers require at least NVQ level 2 in nail service. I learned how to do manicure, pedicure and OPI gelish when I studied ITEC. In this case, could someone tell me do I have to get NVQ level 2 to be employed? And as I just finished the ITEC, and I didn't work in beauty industry before, so I haven't got any working experiences, how can I get myself to be hired in this case? Because lots of salon looking for someone with working experiences.
