HELP, I need a good hair supplier

Hi Girls

Im new on here, I am desperate for a new hair supplier as I am having problems with my current one.

There seems to be a problem with the blonde hair matting and drying out, it is Remy hair and also have used her Indian hair and that does too.

I am really concerned for my customers, I was assured it was good hair but it does not seem to be the case. The dark colours are fine in Remy and Indian.

I am desperate for help on this matter before my recently opened salon goes down the toilet. :cry:

I want the best hair for my clients, I have offered to re-do their hair but have no idea where the good hair is???

Thanks for that, I have sent enquiries to one as they do not have prices on their website so here is hoping I can place an order asap :cry:

I have searched Diwans and cant find anything on google, I will keep looking.

It is so difficult, doing all these searches its like " the good, the bad and the ugly"

I spoke to one supplier, he said it would cost £300 for loose hair for a full head!! I thought that was a little expensive, Im sure it will be really good hair but I am just starting out and my clients won't pay that much just yet.

100 % agree Celebrity Elite amazing in weft and prebonded. been using for at least 6 years
Also Cinderella in the prebonded
and having some good results with Lush Us as well x

Is lush us hair good in the blonde? Ive been using the darks for a while now without any problems, however I have been too scared to try the blonde!

Halo hair is also very good, and their customer service is excellent. If you ring them and say you are a salon they will set up a wholesale account for you and you get it cheaper than the website prices, although you do have to ring to place your orders in the future but i think they are working on getting a login wholesale bit on their website xx

Halo hair were good,however, 3 fittings of various shades of blondes turned orange whilst the client was on holida, in each case, the clients have experience of wearing hair extensions, I investigated if they had been in the pool, sea etc.........only one client had been in the sea, the others not been in the pool or the sea. I had to replace all 3 sets of extensions, sent the hair that was removed to Halo, and after various emails back and forth I only managed to get a refund for about 5 packs of hair!

Time wasted obvioulsy was not replaced, Im just fortunate enough that my clients are still with me.

Many of the strands are not even 18 inches although they are meant to be 20" and the ratio of long strands is terrible.

I have been using Halo since their early days of selling on ebay, however due to the inconsistency with the quality of the hair and the lack of customer service and constant mistakes, I shall not be using them again

Wifey, thats interesting to know and quite alarming! I was just about to put my order with Halo and decided to order with lush-us now.

Who do you use? xx

I tend to use Lush Us now for the dark colours, celebrity elite for blondes, and also use Remy Hair Extensions shop for temple hair, also use Verlocke for light colours altho Im still trying them out. I am currently testing some hair which is temple hair, all cuticles intact etc with a v shaped bond so I can use with my ultrasonic machine, so hopefully will have my own supply in the new year.
Blonde hair is so temepremental!!

Have you tried lush us blonde? Who do you use?

Do you have much experience of italian keratin?
