Help! Keratin bond hair extensions and Nioxin scalp renew dermabrasion treatment

Hi there

I have a client asking for a dermabrasion treatment but she has recently had keratin bond hair extensions applied. Does anyone know if the scalp treatment will damage the bonds at all?

If one of my clients asked if they could do this with my bonds in, I’d say no..... just to be on the safe side.....
