Help needed please ASAP!

My fiancé had very light blonde hair but she wanted to go a bit darker, we both decide on a 8.13 golden blonde, we applied it all over but the result have not given her any warmth and left it a grey/khaki colour looks better in this pic than real life


She want a colour like Care delevingne


Please help as she is quite upset and we need to rectify ASAP

Forget the advertising hype, you're never going to get those results using box dyes at home.

She's going to need to see a good colourist to rectify the problem. If money is an issue, book into a level 3 advanced training session at your local hairdressing college.
