Have you tried asking for an apprentice job in salons sometimes they deal with your training and can tell you where to go. Or even just pop into your local salons and ask them they'll be happy to help :) xx

What steffi said is a great idea - you could also ask them if they do full time courses although you have to pay for these but if it's really what you want to do it's worthwhile!

Good luck! :)

Hey this post my mum wrote was for me, the only problem is I work full time but i will pop into my local salons there is loads near me lol thanks a lot xxx

I don't know many that offer night courses - there's too much to it I think!

I had to leave full time work and go on a course luckily enough was able to lean on my mum and dad for support - as well as doing hair part time when I was confident enough! x

Yeh I just realised that if I want to do hairdressing I had to leave work which I really can't afford to do, I know me local collage does hair dressing in the evening but I got told they are not very good, I just don't no anywhere else I can look :( thanks anyways girls xxxx

Usually the course that you pay for run mon-fri so u can get away with at least a part time job at weekend or nights.

Its a shame that college education has such a bad name - I think it depends on the student themselves and whether they have the knack or not. I paid for my course when I was 21 after stupidly leaving hair at 17 it was pricey though :( and not everyone is in a position to afford it as well as not work. Tough one but fingers crossed you find something to suit you! x
