hi so i removed my friends pre bonded extensions and as iv been doing mostly micro ring i forgot how much of a pain in the backside the bonds are to remove plus it doesnt help shes not looked after them so theyr a bit matted when i trained the removal method was acetone and pliers to crunch and while the hair slides out easily there was tons of keratin left in the hair so can anyone give me any tips etc as how to get the rest of these wee bits out its so frustrating x

Massage loads of conditioner in, leave it on for a while, then rinse it, wash and condition again. Comb the hair thro with the condition on x

hiya i tried that but theyr just not budging lol its just a wee few bits left but its so annoying thanks for reply x

HI i was going to suggest conditioner but last time i suggested it someone jumped down my throat about that wouldnt work lol so didnt dare! :)
have u maybe tryed asking someone else to comb thru ur hair when the conditioner is in as they will be able to see exactly were the glue is and try and comb it through? this might help? bit like when your mum used to go thru ur hair with a nit brush when u were younger lol.
this hair extension glue always sounds like such a nightmare to remove lol, xx

hiya thanks for reply its not in my hair its a client well this one is a friend lol its just always a pain to remove the wee bits of glue without pulling the natural hair lol x

After I had glue ins and spent two days in hairdressers, they just told me to get some cheap cheap shampoo and wash it as much as possible, something in cheap shampoo that breaks it down a bit, it seemed to work anyway. This is why I don't get it when ppl say it is easy to remove if you know how but even when you know how its still a nightmare!
