Hi - my sister in law had her eyebrows tattooed 5 weeks ago, they scanned (she didn't pick) the scabs fell off with her brow hair in it and all she has been left with is pink scar on both brows?

She doesn't want to go back to the lady who did them for a top up for the same thing to happen again. She signed a form but didn't have a patch test where does she stand and what can she do? ImageUploadedBySalonGeek1402434387.801355.jpgImageUploadedBySalonGeek1402434416.813684.jpg
These are what her brows look like now as above

Below are her brows after 3 days ImageUploadedBySalonGeek1402434466.468890.jpgImageUploadedBySalonGeek1402434479.035514.jpg

Advice needed please x

She should firstly go back to the technician, it looks like the pigment hasn't implanted at all.
If she doesn't want her top up she doesn't have to, is it still red 5 weeks on?
Xx

The exact same thing happened to me.
I'm left with red/pink marks.

Permanent ones gemspinky?
She should definitely go back to the technician if only to seek advice. I doubt anyone else would touch them as it stands?

Yes the scars are still pink/red, she's spoke to the women who did them and she sed you need the the top but I'm beautician & have had the semi brows done myself and I know others have never experienced what's happened to her, my eyebrows were fine wen I had them done and only had a top up 12 months after cos I wanted them a bit darker.

She's very reluctant to go back to the same women, the fact she only paid £50 aswell kind of says it all. Are there any semi permanent people out there who have experienced clients that this has happened to at all? X

£50!!!! That explains it then. You get what you pay for.

Don't know where your based but I had mine done by an amazing lady in east London- no red scarring and I had a top up 4 weeks later. If she can get there then they might correct.

If not there are a few other threads with recommendations.

You get what you pay for Unfortunately, always do your research. I'd find another lady and see what she says. She'll probably be paying more around the £300 mark though

I can't believe people would pay £50 for a treatment like this! If you pay £50 prepare for inexperienced low quality products and risks!
Honestly the phrase you get what you pay for is never more true than in this industry!
Yes you should always have a top up after 4 weeks to keep the pigment implanted while working at a safe level in the skin
