So...I tried a different nail salon a while back... The tech cut and pulled out a bit of the cuticle. It hurt!
I asked what she was doing...and the other parton next to me said that "she is fixing it so that you never will have an ingrown toenail. (The tech did not speak English). Then she used a CHEESE GRATER on my calluses!:evil: Well, I knew I was not going back there! BUT since that time I have had to fight with the nails on 2 toes to keep the side edges from curling under and the nails had become quite thick. Now I'm afraid to go to any salon and I'm having to keep these involved toenails cut really short to keep them from becoming ingrown. I need some advise....HELP!!
