Anyone who can help me with the formulation to go from level 4 faded RV with 1 inch natural level 2 ash outgrowth to a level 4 rich chocolate brown( see photo)

You need to think of the roots separately to the mids and ends...
What do you need to do with the mids and ends to get from a tinted level 4 RV to a level ???
And what do you need to do to a natural level 2 to get to a level ???

What ?? Level do you want to achieve?
What do you want to neutralise?
