I personally wouldn't touch it then if it's weak already x

is there no way of doing it without stripping?? she really wants it done and is willing to sign a disclaimer! i know its not going to snap off! but its just very fine!

Blondie Rae removes colour with out damaging like bleach or effasor.
I'd be included to do a test piece with 10 and 20 with lighter, see the elasticity after that then make ur decision :) xox

im ok getting the colour out i just dnt know what to do as the main colour? as she wants an all over colour! shud i use 7.3 on the roots and then use 9,3 on mid lenghts and ends? x

signing a disclaimer will do nothing!! your basically asking her to sign to let you knacker her hair! it gives you no cover what so ever, if its damaged and weak already, yes blondi rae will remove some of the PERMANENT colour but anything semi/quasi wont be removed and then the colour you put on will damage it.

your call but like youve said she has it stripped alot and coloured so i'd say no!

If you do go ahead and remove the colour its difficult to say what target colour to go for as we dont know what colour it will be after you have stripped it, but i would imagine its gonna be very warm so you probably wont want to use. 3, but like i say difficult to advise with out knowing what the stripped colour will be like xXx oh and i think ive read you can remove semi with blondie rae, but some one correct me if im wrong xXx

I think it would 'snap off' and a disclaimer isnt worth the paper its written on as Blue said!!!

I presume you can remove quasi with blondi rae as you can with other reducers...anything not mixed with a peroxide will not be affected is they don't penetrate the cortex :)
