Help with copper highlights on blonde hair

I have a client with alot of bleach blonde hilites ,she has a base of 6 to 7 and about 6o% white hair!
we would like to add some copper (not to bright) low lights!
i use wella koleston and was wondering if anyone could suggest a colour they have used that has worked well and taken well over bleach?

I don't really use wella koleston - although I've heard good things and will probs try it soon. I'd do it two stages (but then I find that easier because I am still learning) - go for something really warm, like really red and after the hair has taken that filler then go for a brown colour.
