Hi there, wondering if i can get some advice.
I have slightly wavy hair that sits just past my shoulders. I have thick hair because there is a lot of it, but each hair is quite fine, whick makes it quite frizzy.
I have been having layers cut for years now, but have been growing them out for the last year or so because I ended up with a big 'clump' of hair around the ear/jaw area where the layers had not been cut correctly.
I would really like layers cut back in, as my hair is so thick and heavy without them, but i do not want them that short again. Also i cannot seem to get a hairdresser who 'blends' the layers well - it is always very obvious where each 'layer' is, and i always seem to end up with a big chunk where the top layer is cut (i hope this makes sense, as i am probably not using the correct terminology!)
What is the best way to ask for longer layers that are well blended in? or is there something better that would work for my hairtype?
many thanks
