Help with nail lines

Can anybody advise these white faint lines. Appear on every nail below the top of the nail

Do you mean the very faint line before the start of the free edge?

Yes this one, it is faint on the photo but it’s on every nail x

I get these as I used to bite my nails, the lines are exactly where I used to bite them down too. It's almost like scar tissue under the nail, also if I break a nail they always break back to those lines which is why I think it's left from the damage I did when I was biting them.

Everyone has these it’s like the transition between the end of the nail plate and the start of the hyponychium. On some people they are more visible than others, mine are almost like a pinkish line. Hope this helps with your question.
