I have a new stylist that just started this week. Today she did a men’s cut that the blending was not very good. How do I go about assisting her to improve without offending her or making the client uneasy?

Is she employed or self employed?
Assuming that she’s employed by you and recently qualified, she’s presumably expecting you to mentor her until she’s more experienced?

If she needs mentoring, then I think you need to advertise for models at reduced prices for her to practise on. That way the client knows in advance that you will be supervising the work.
