I'm a qualified beauty therapist, doing mobile at the minute. Me and my friend are looking at renting a room together but don't know what we are looking for? I live in Northamptonshire so nothing like London prices so how much would it roughly be to rent a room? The place we are looking at is £180 a month is that good?? Also what am I looking for when we go to look at this room and what sort of stuff do I ask?! what sort of insurance do I need? and another thing im worried about it renting the room then not being able to afford the rent because its a new place ... Should i promote loads first before renting my room then start a month later?! somebody help us please!
