high lights

My hair used to be bleach blonde almost white, i wanted to go red but my hair dresser messed it up and i put a semi perm red on to tide me over while i decided what to do.

Anyways i had her put a brown over it and it went a lovely redy brown colour, but OH hated it lol so a month later she put a medium ash brown over, and its a really nice dark browny/black (i love it) aside from the red stripe i have next to my head (the only bit that took the red properly) only noticeable if i point it out though.

I am when summer comes along thinking of having blonde streaks put in my hair, now if my hair dresser does bleach streaks wont it come out orange? is there anyway she can do it, or shall i just stay dark and happy ?

With all that blonde underneath, it is probably a no-go. It may damage your hair. I wouldn't proceed until you hair has been strand tested by your stylist.

Thank you, im in the process of finding a new hair stylist so will ask for a strand test when i have decided on one

I should have explained myself better. I did come across blunt and yeah I get the idea of the forum. I've just read over the original post and I read it wrong. I kind of read "is there anyway she can do it" as in can SHE personally do it. Sorry for the confusion, had a bit of a dippy moment. :|
