hire employees?

Any mobile tech's or aes.'s hire additional employees to work with you? how many of you do your company solely by yourself?

anyone have their own mobile business ran completely on their own and then decided to hire others or someone to take over your company while you stay home with your children or take a break for a maternity leave, since you don't really get a mat. leave when you run your own business?

I run my mobile business on my own...... I'm not planning any more kids, lol, but holidays take some planning!! Time off can be tricky, but for me the pros of being on my own outweigh the cons......

most definately does help. I am just wondering because I just had my first baby and am still currently on mat. leave. My next baby won't be for atleast another 2 years and I just thought if I am still mobile, maybe I can hire someone to replace me while I take some time to myself and the new baby. Maybe supply them with what they need and have them do services the same way, but take some of their profit for it being my business muahahaha! Since I would be doing all the business end of it.
