Home based nail technician business

hi I have been wanting to set up a home based nail business for a while but just wanted to see if anyone else has done this and how successful it has been. I am working full time at the moment but would really love to do this full time in the future although I know it will take some time to build up a good clientele. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

You might need to do some market research around your area and see the demand, which brands are popular and what prices other nail techs are charging. Building client loyalty is the hardest obstacle facing nail technicians at the moment since the 2008 financial crash so I wouldn't quit just yet your full time job. I'm doing it part time alongside with teaching in academia.

I really think you need to get experience before starting your own business, maybe once qualified you could pick up a day in a local salon to get your times and application perfect good luck on your course
