hi hair geeks ive just popped over from the beauty side for abit of advice. i recently had a bit of nightmare with my hair and my hairdresser ended up doin a number of bleach and colours in tbe space of afew days and it has left my hair looking and feeling like a birds nest.i want to do something like a hot oil treatment to try and restore it abit and i was wondering what oil is best to use or are there any other treatments you would advise?thanks xx

Had the same experience about 6 weeks ago so look forward to hear any replies,
I ve been using daily keratin oil I got from capital and loreal absolut repair mask which has left it better than it was but too scared to colour as most of my hair snapped and is short already so can't afford to lose anymore. Which is so annoying as it's a funny purple and faded purple colour and looks awful, when I want to b blonde.

i started off dark brown and wanted to add some warm tones and slightly lighten it and i ended up orange at the roots and blonde on the ends and so she tried to fix it and it went brown with a murky green tinge to it. Ended up changing hairdressers but im desperate for my hair to be soft again as i've never had straw-like hair x

moroccain oil is excellent, also loreal colour mask is good, the one in the rond red pot. shampoo your hair and put your chosen treatment on, sleep in it with a shower cap on, rinse / wash off in morning. do this every few days religiously and your hair will be back to normal in no time!
