Hi there guys.. I was just wondering if anyone has ordered off the website below;

Hot Basalt Massage Stones - basalt stones, cold stone massage kits inc. Spa Pro Heaters and accessories for Complementary health massage therapists, spas, fitness clubs, health and beauty salons

It's just that I ordered a full kit a couple of weeks ago and I haven't yet received it.. It states on the site that items are usually dispatched the next day.. :cry:

I know I might seem really impatient but I didn't get any email confirmation of my order, and I also sent an enquiry to the email address on their website about my order a couple of days ago and I have not had any response..?

Hi

How did you pay?? If it was by Visa card contact your Visa company and get them to take back your payment. The prices are really cheap, sometimes if something looks too good to be true it usually is xxx

I actually brought off that sight due to another geek recommending it on here you see..

I got a kit a few months ago from there. It did take a week or so to come though as it was a very big parcel but was perfect when it did. Perhaps they are having problems with their e-mail?? Is there not a phone number on the website.

Try emailing them from another email address to see if its just you they are choosing to ignore.

Well.. Funnily enough.. I had an email this afternoon..

Not a reply to my email that I sent to [email protected]..

But.. A random email saying;

The consignment identified with the reference number FS 1701 is due to be despatched on 20/02/2008 to the delivery address below by the shipper OLD CAPE INVESTMENTS LTD by PARCELFORCE WORLDWIDE using the service Parcelforce 48.

... Then my full and correct address below it....

Then;

This consignment contains:
1 items at 0.000KG total weight


Complementary message from the shipper:


PLEASE DO NOT REPLY. This is an automated email generated by Parcelforce Worldwide.




...It doesn't actually say anywhere on there that it's for my hot stone kit though... BUT, I'm assuming it is..

Mine turned up today from Basalt Stones. Excellent customer service, I spoke to them about delivery and extras for my order via e-mail and they always replied promptly.
