Ok, just to let you know, my kit did actually get to me a few days ago but I have only just had chance to have a good study of it!

The whole kit is brilliant. I think that perhaps they were out of stock, so I forgive them!..

So anyone who is looking to buy a kit, I can now say do so off this website, as despite the delay, I am pleased now!! :green:

Hi I read this thread with interest as I find companies who do not give a contact telphone number/about page on their website suspicious. I checked this website's domain registration and it is registered to a Mr G Wong but it states this person is a non-trading individual (!) and therefore their contact details are omitted. I am glad you got your order but I do not like the fact that this person is not upfront about their details and trading activities.

Hi well you did get your stuff in the end - may be he is avoiding business legalities?? I also went through this - I bought some metal cleaner from a UK site (head office address in scotland, but no phone number). It never turned up. I eventually got Paypal to investigate. The site was reg to an address in South Africa and that is were they were sending from!! Not the UK at all. The cleaner turned up 4 months later!! Why can't people just be upfront - even if this guy is fine, it makes you ask questions.

Hi,
I got mine a good 3 years ago from them and it took a few weeks as I recall. They were waiting for stocks from abroad? so that may be the reason.
By the way, if you've bought the heater, it absolutely stinks when you use for the first few times so try and run it in a bit at home before you use it professionally.

Yes, thanks for that.. It does say in the little manual that I should heat it, empty for an hour before I first use it..
