Hi
I have been told by my new boss who is a hairdresser that I should aim for 1 hour and 15 mins for a new set. I am sculpting and using acrylic. I feel like I need an hour and a half for a new set especially for nail bitters. I am pushing my self to go faster and would like to improve on my time but feel pressured and this is affecting quality of my work. Is he right? Should I be faster? Am I the one who needs move it? I appretiat money is time.

Thanks for moving post .x

Can anybody give me some advice on how I can up my game time wise please?

it's really down to practice, practice, practice.
Once you've done it for a while your timing will get better, but 1.30h sounds fine to me to start with

Thank you asteropi.
1.30 is for a full set clear acrylic with colour, gel polish or regular polish. I did take a little extra time on bitten nail say 15 mins more plus she had crome on ring fingers .How long for french pink and whites sculptured or glitter tips? Would they come under the same time bracket?
