Looks like marbeling underneath??

There fab x

Yh but how do you do that?

They are - no pressure lol [emoji23]

Marbelling...see youtube.

It is then made matte either achieved via buffing or a matte top coat. The bubble pattern looks free hand.

I would do marbelling followed by freehand bubble details (possibly with a sharpie) followed by a matte top coat.

Thank you

I'd say matte marbling then the top layer looks like a mix of gel and acrylic using a dotting tool to shape then cure. Same as the 3D lace designs.

I actually think the purple nails have been dry brushed. Which is super easy and would exactly achieve the same look as pic.
Paint your lightest colour and cure, then cover the nail in strokes of the various purples/blues by removing almost everything from your brush and dry brushing the strokes. Usually you can overlap the colours without needing to cure in between as there is so little product and matte top coat then the black design to me, looks sugared :)

Also looks like they have just dry brushed that same burgundy colour along with another purple/dark blue

I actually think the black over the purple dry brush is simply a decal. The cuticle end has a very precise edge, but it extends the polish line.

I think the black part is a stamp over the purple marble

Could be a velvet topcoat, by Colour Me Pretty
