How to make my station brighter?

I do hair extensions in my home and I find the room is quite dark and therefore hard to take pics of my work! Especially in the evening when there is no sun.
Does anyone have any ideas how to get good lighting? For photos etc

i bought a box light on amazon for around £30. a lot cheaper than ring lights and photographers use them. i swear by it x
