How to mix copper blonde? Help please?

Hi - I colour my mid brown hair with L'Oreal Symbio in Chilli 6,46 or Cherry 6,60. I particularly love Symbio because it washes out in 10 shampoos and really leaves my hair in great condition. However, the colour is just a bit too 'Red' and I'd love to have the confidence to mix another colour with it to give it a more golden copper look. Can anyone out there please help or advise. It says on their shade chart that the colours can be mixed to personalise them but I'm terrified of ending up with orange hair. I'd really appreciate it if anyone could help. Thanks so much .x
