How to pre tan scrub???

I trained with St Tropez and they taught us to scrub the day before the tan as this gives the dead skin cells time to re-accumulate slightly before the tan is applied which makes the tan take better. However we have done body scrubs directly before the tan and the client has showered it off and the tan has been applied straight after and there has never been any problems with the tans develpoing.

Personally I'm too lazy to scrub before I do my St Tropez so I can't comment on the difference it makes on myself (what was that I heard about practising what you preach?) :lol: but I always shower straight before I tan and I have to admit I use an oily body wash and my tan always turns out perfect :hug:
