Hi guys!

A few years ago I cracked my head open and broke my nose I have a scar in my hair line (not the problem) but also one on my forehead about an inch long, a couple on my nose and chin (long long story! Basically got bottled and my head smashed against a wall after being randomly jumped) also one along my throat.

Anyway I HATE my scars, everyone says you can't see them but I guess they are only being nice. Tried bio oil and all it's done is made my scars white. They can't be covered with make up they still show through. I've even tried special cover up make up I bought from a local wholesalers - still no luck! Is there anything else I can try that's not surgical?

My nose will still be wonky and all bumpy and all over the place but I'd just like to cover the scars. Id love to get a nose job one day (oh if I could just win the lottery!)

Will also be good to know for future reference as I'm going to see a cardio surgeon apart having some other operations soon too.

Just worried I look like a rough bird! Haha! When I'm definitely not. Just think they may give people the wrong impression of me. Also a bit of a confidence boost if they are less obvious.

Thanks! Xxx

Your defo not a rough bird Olletta! And I didn't notice any scaring at all and neither a wonky nose :)

But I know what you mean about scars, I have one on my neck and chest from a car accident. It's white now after using bio oil ( but usually flares up red white when I'm extremely cold or hot). I'd be interested in a solution too!

My nose is awful!!! It's got a big bulge slants to one side and is just generally awful! My scars is just one step to having a half normal looking face without loads of concealer and foundation :( xx

Hi girls I had to have a lump removed on my face and after I had it done I was told to wear a total sun block cos any sunlight will turn new scars white, could this be what's happened?

Make up doesn't really cover mine either so would be interested to see if anyone can recommend anything x

My god awful nose - awful!!! Lol :) hopefully someone comes back with some tips! Even if it's something to do with makeup - anything! As long as it's not surgical - don't have enough dollar for that :) xx

Are you joking? There's absolutely nothing wrong with your nose! Nothing!!

You're beautiful - I'd love to look like you! Don't knock it!

The ones on my forehead I cover with my fringe and I have plastered my self in concealer and foundation lol :) xx

There are a couple of treatments that could reduce appearance of scarring.
Microdermabrasion (with crystals)
Derma roller
Laser/IPL
Acid Peels

I have 2 raised scars and would love any advice to make them flat xx

Dermaroller is so good for scarring and pigmentation..you should go for a consultation, need a few sessions and they are about 300 pound a time x

Elemis japanese camillia oil is a little miracle worker. Does what bio oil is supposed to do. Whilst i dont have any scars or stretch marks myself i have seen it work amazingly well on clients and therapists alike to the point scars are completely gone
