I need a little colour advice please

This is a friend who is grey at front and approx base 6/7 on the rest,she would like the attached photo!
I am thinking of highlighting dark and lowlight 7.3,but not sure what to put on the grey and do I do a root tap after and if so what colours
ps recently we highlight and then I tone 11 after

These photos are cool, 7.3 is gold?
I would probably do a full head of babylights and weave the drop out with colour touch 7/89 +7/97 + 1.9%. Then afterwards tone it all with 4 parts 10/6 + 1 parts 9/16
