Hi, I Have Been Doing Gel Nails For Abour 4 Months The Nails Look Good But Fall Off Some Times The Same Day Leaving Little Or No Gel Behind. Sometimes Not On All Nails. Please Help

are you doing all the normal prep?

You say that it sometimes leaves some gel behind, are you wiping inbetween curing?

I dont mean to sound rude! Honest!:) Just trying to think why it could be. could just b weird fluke thing!

are u using the ibd lamp?

yes following ibd nail prep guide, applying tip blending, applying bonder curing for 2 mins painting on white gel polish curing for 30 secs applying builder gel curing for 3 mins cleansing with cleanser plus removing shine then ultra seal cured for 1 min. hope you can help

i no this sounds supa silly, but is there any way something could have contaminated your gel? Like cigerette smoke, or something?

I know if you apply too much bonder the product can just lift off. It has to be applied so it is dull, not shiny, which can be quite hard, coz its a liquid, you practically just cast a shadow over the nail to apply.. I personally dont use the bonder any more, i use the ons primer (i use the ons l&P) as i dont like the bonder. But thats me!

Is this happening to everyone or just one person? Maybe more dehydration is need for person?

Have you removed all dead cells from nail plate?

Well i suppose more than anything that would case lifting not total fall off!

Are you applying the gel thick enough?

Hmm this is a tough one!

Short of watching you, i dont know what it could be?

Hey ne more ibd users out there who can help?

I would go straight to your trainer for help and advice.

The people who know and understand the system are the best ones to ask don't you agree?

IBD is a quality product and these are troubles that you should not be having ... I think your trainer needs to see you work.

thanks for your advice will double check everything when im doing them.
The lady who trained me watched me do a set but couldn t see any thing wrong other than a little too thin, have tried making them thicker.
When i apply the bonder i blot it with a ibd nail wipe
