Is it better for your hair?

Hello,
Ive got a really random question but is washing your hair with cold water alot better for it than warm water? because my hair suffers from alot of heat damage anyways like hair drier and straightners so i wanna do what i can to maintain healthier hair, i remember someone said something about hair cuticles?!?!
I dont know..
Also if anyone can advise on any god products for weak hair thatll b brillm my hair always breaks off x

A hairdresser once told me that when you have finished rinsing out the conditioner, rinse your hair in cold water as it is supposed to close the hair cuticles. I'm not a hairdresser so I don't know how true this is, if at all.

this is correct the cold water closes the cuticle of the hair shaft which minimizes the visibility of heat damage and split ends. It is no means a cure, its regular trimming and treamtents that will help with keeping your hair in good condition.

there is no miracle cure for damaged hair im sorry to say

although joico products are very good i recommend the Kpak range

i do however suggest you leave the ghds alone and use a medium heat when blow drying your hair...

is your hair naturally wavy? why not invest in a Brazilian blow dry?

if you straightening your hair to within an inch of its life everyday .. this is gonna tell on your hair, and make it snap off =[

why not leave the hardcore styling just for weekends and tie your hair up for work in the week if you can...

Thanks for your help guys! Yeah my hair has a loose curl to it but its to short to tie up atm, im growing it out of the bob so i can let it go curly again but because i cant tie it up i have to style it every day! Very annoying! =]
