Is it me being paranoid?

Hi guys, I had a lady ring up and booked an appointment with me for friday, and she rings up tonight and says she needs to cancel, I said ok would you like to reschedule? She said no it's ok thanks and hung up. Now is this because she heard I wasn't good or that she found another hairdresser cheaper? She said she had 3 inches of split ends and just wanted a wet cut and her son to have 3 inches off aswell and he is 11 years old. Now I said that would be £23 for both of them. Sooooo…Am I being paranoid?

i wouldnt worry , things crop up and people dont know when else they can fit appointments in.

I think it makes her rude. You'll probably never know why she cancelled so look on it as a lucky escape.
