I am relocating and having a difficult time finding a quality nail tech in the New Castle, Pa area, I am willing to travel a 20 mile radius.
I've tried a couple places there already and had awful experiences in quality and a limited range in creativity. NOT looking for a "drive thru $25 set of acrylic nails" I want to find someone who takes pride in their work and willing to get creative!
Please post any suggestions if anyone is familiar with the area, thank you!
