Hi looking to see if anyone has used this product and can you give me any feed back thanks

I used to use it a long time ago, it's changed a lot. It's used to really straighten the hair, then they changed the formula so now it's more just smoothing and conditioning.

It’s still a really good product from what I remember a few years ago. Although the smell is slightly unpleasant as expected, It always did the job and always found that the clients kept coming back and had great feedback (although a little pricey in some salons) I’m pretty sure you can get mild or intense strength (to which your prices should reflect dependant on choice) Kerastraight & it is a lot less damaging compared to other chemically straightening products on the market.

The new formula does not straighten the hair, it's just to help smooth the hair, and make blow drying faster and easier.

If the client wants their hair permanently straightened, tell them about this product as well as it's much less damaging on the hair, but it is not a permanent sttaightner.
