Kids on bebo and facebook

well I tried to have a conversation with Master Chick and he insisted that I deleted his account and apologised profusely for having referrances to guns and drugs on it.

He then went out to play and rang me to ask me NOT to delete his account and that he would be more careful, etc, etc.

He is mortified that I have made him his friend, (I went onto both accounts to ensure that I was his friend) and I have changed his passwords to both, so from now on he has to ask me to log on.

I haven't mentioned his friend getting a ticking off for sending rude emails, but he will see her at school today so I'll wait to see if she mentions anything.

He hasn't touched the computer all weekend, but has been out playing which tbh he prefers anyway.

Yes, I think you have to be a certain age to have a bebo account but he lied.

Going to up the parental controls on the computer today too.

My nephew has both a bebo and face book account he was 13 when he opened them hes quiet mature for his age but hes sent me a few fun wall posts ive told him off for!!! His brother who is 9 isnt allowed either and i can understand why i think when they get to about 12-13 then yes they can have an account but they to be kept an eye on as there are some weirdos out there ive had a few on face book myself

Well my 3 are on bebo and facebook and i thnk it depends on who their mates are and the child. I have a bebo account so my 3 know i can see what they are up to and to tell you the truth,i have had no problems.

They tell me who is doing what and what they said blar blar blar.!!!

I am mates with my childrens mates and i asked them ONLY because they have known me for years,had sleepovers in my house and i know their mum's .

Gone are the days when we were all happy with a ball in the garden , kids have sooo much now they can play with that you have to keep a eye on them.
