Kindest acrylic on natural nails?

Hey nail tech friends.
I've recently qualified in acrylics.
I'm currently using nsi and I'm finding it's lasting very well on my clients but I've had a few people say it has wrecked there natural nails underneath even when removed properly
Why?
I am prepping the nails properly and applying tips correctly.
Just wondering what system is kindest to the nails but lasts as well as nsi.

Bad clients by picking, chewing or prising them off

Bad techs by over filing the natural nail, damaging the natural nail with an efile during prep or over vigorous removal
