Hi,

I'm new here and to nails...soon hopefully! I want to start doing nails, but Shellac only. I have looked into the courses on offer at sweetsquared.com but cannot see that there is one just for Shellac - does that mean i would have to learn everything or am I looking in the wrong places?

I have had a quick look on here too but can't seem to find much, Shellac is a popular word!

Welcome to Salon Geek

Shellac is indeed very popular.

To do a Shellac course though, you will need to have a manicure/pedicure certificate, and you will also need to acquire the kit, which you can do via S2.

The best thing to do, would be for you to call S2 on 0845 210 6060, so that they can give you all the relevant information.

In the meantime however, the search facility will help you find lots of useful information on Shellac, and we also have a Shellac social group on the site.

Happy Xmas.

Thank you!

S2? Is that sweet squared??

Yes S2 is an abbreviation of Sweet Squared.

thank you :)

will they be able to tell me prices of kit etc as on the website it says to log in. I obviously need to figure out if I can afford to set up business!

Yes, they will give you all necessary prices and course dates.
Enjoy-shellac is an amazing product.
