LED nail lamps?

I have always used the closed type led nail lamps but I have seen some which are open at the back and was wondering if these ones are still as good and strong

I have only ever used closed ones too so unfortunately i cannot help with sharing my experience of these lamps but it would be interesting to hear other people's views. As it stands at the minute I would prefer to use a close one personally simply because I think the less light that escapes out of the back the more light is bounced onto the nails themselves and I would wonder if an open back may affect cure times ever so slightly. On the other hand i should imagine that the manufacturer would have designed it that way for a specific reason and so they can't be all bad. I just wouldn't like to rush out and spend money on one unless i heard great things from others...just my thought
