It is a busy start today so I was rushing around. I went to grab the door handle and missed and caught the free edge of my nail enhancement and ripped the natural nail back on my middle finger and oh boy did it make my eyes water. The bleeding has stopped but the pain is immense. I have wrapped micropore tape over it, is there anything else I can or should do? I can't soak it off.

I'd leave it until tomorrow at the earliest and re-assess. Once the swelling goes down and pain lessens you'll be able to have a better look and see what needs to be done. Why can't you soak off?? You may just need to re-apply product over the top once the bleeding stops to support any crack/break until it grows a bit if you can't stand buffing off either. But just wait a while and see, when it doesn't hurt it will be easier to deal with mentally as well as physically.

The nail enhancement is fine, my actual nail plate has literally lifted that is why I cannot get acetone on it to soak it off. I managed to soak it in some salt water to make sure it is clean though.

I bashed my toe once and the nail detached almost completely sticking up at about 45 degree angle. Looked awful as you can imagine with blood all round.
I pressed the nail back down into position and kept a firm plaster around it. I soaked off the plaster every couple of days and replaced it for a clean one. Take neurofen for the pain and to reduce the swelling.

My toenail reattached and looks absolutely normal now.

Wait until tomorrow and the scab starts to form and you'll be able to soak it, the acetone only stings in open wounds.
