I’m a Cosmo Stident. I have a friend that is between a level 3-4 warm brown(permanent dye) and currently has 1 inch regrowth and has some gray hair. She is looking to go up to a level 6 base with some dimension balayage level 7-8. How would you guys do the technique? Would you remove the color first? Then foil it? Pleas help. I will attach something she wants.
